Mr Sanjay Kelapure is an entrepreneur and a professional Business & Management Consultant, providing Consulting and Advisory services to a number of Indian and multinational companies across the country.
Sanjay, a Mathematics and Science graduate and an MBA, has held leadership positions in reputed Indian and Multinational Companies like the TATA Group, Corning Technologies, and the world’s largest five-star hospitality chain.
He is also active in Social Services, and has held the position of Chairman in the Center for International Studies & Bhartiya Vichar Dharshan Mumbai. He was elected as the All India General Secretary of the Indian Languages Newspaper Association. He is also a Member Trustee of the management board at the Mumbai Tarun Bharat, where he was instrumental in turning around the publishing house of a prominent Maratha Daily.
He has extensive experience in Business Re/Structuring, Turnaround Management, Funds Raising through Equity & Debt routes, Loan Syndication, Working Capital etc, Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) Initiatives initiation and management, Joint Venture & Consortium Structuring and Operationalization and Business Incubation Services for Startups.
Sanjay has an excellent grasp of various businesses and brings his rich experience and business savvy to his role at DTM.

Dr Subash Sukumar is an entrepreneur who has built a series of businesses ranging from trading, construction and consultancy at a very young age.
Dr Subash is an engineer with a doctorate in Civil Engineering and is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a thriving business consultancy business spread over India, the Middle East and the ASEAN region.
Dr Subash is deeply entrenched in the business ecosystem and has developed deep relationships in the Industry and business. Along the way Dr Subash has won several awards like Star Achiever, Young Entrepreneur, Best Entrepreneur and state level awards in Tamil Nadu.
Dr Subash joins us as the Vice President for Business Development and Operations and brings youth, dynamism and animal spirits to his role at DTM Global.

Dimakh is a first-generation entrepreneur. He started Dimakh Consultants at a young age of 23 and after two decades has emerged as an award-winning IT expert group in India.
He specialises in delivering end to end projects and has completed many technically challenging projects in the fields of medicine, sports, banking, automobile, finance, education etc.
He has proven leadership qualities and has wide experience in managing complex web applications, network setups, web servers, digital marketing, e-commerce, and mobile apps.
Dimakh earned his Bachelor of Engineering, from Pune University. He is a visiting faculty at Pune university, Symbiosis University, and other institutes in Pune. He is a sought-after speaker and has delivered lectures at several corporations including Wipro, Infosys, Reliance, IBM, Mahindra and many more.
Dimakh is the winner of the "Budding Entrepreneur Award", Young Marathi Achiever award, "Rajiv Gandhi Sanganak Sarathi Award" and he is youngest achiever to receive this award.
