The group’s principal activities involves commodity trading, consultancy, ICT, Healthcare, renewable energy, construction, financial services, mining, transport & communication among others.
Malay is a banking professional with 24 years experience at Citibank in Asia and Europe, including leadership roles in Global Markets and Private Bank Investments Businesses. He has done extensive work in Currencies, Rates, Fixed Income, Traditional and Alternative Investments and bespoke Investment and trading strategies.

Prior to founding IlliquidX in 2009, Celestino spent six years in a family office specialized in the trading of distressed defaulted securities and turnaround /distressed private equity investments across global markets. Celestino has worked for Morgan Stanley’s International Sales team in London, where he focused on structuring and trading convertible bonds and credit derivatives. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Celestino was an equity convertible bonds /equity derivatives /relative value research analyst at HSBC. Celestino holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and a Masters degree in Finance from the London Business School. Celestino is also fluent in Italian and English.

Alex is a mission driven entrepreneur. While earning a degree in Economics at Princeton University, Alex helped launch TerraCycle, Inc., a leading producer of products derived from waste. In 2005 Alex co-founded Rethos, a network of social media applications devoted to uniting individuals, non-profit organizations, and socially responsible businesses on solutions to social and environmental issues. Simon Owen is the CEO of Hyperion Risk Solutions and Hyperion Insurance Management group of companies, and a shareholder & director of Ensurion W.L.L., a long-established insurance management practice based in the Middle East. He has worked in the financial services sector and in Lloyd’s insurance market for over 20 years, specialising in the structuring and management of captive insurance companies and reinsurance vehicles. He is also a board member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Central America and is advisory committee member of GBN Worldwide- an international business network. Simon is an accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is a regular speaker at international finance and insurance events.
Karan has over 15 years of financial services experience, majority of it in the asset management and credit industry. He has founded and run a successful credit business in India (NBFC), managed portfolio of credit investments in Asia and USA and been part of two successful credit funds. Most recently, he was the MD and CEO of X10 Finance, a NBFC focused on supply chain finance solutions for SMEs in India.
Prior to X10, Karan worked at Deutsche Bank, part of the Strategic Investment Group, focusing on investments in special situations across Asia. He also has been part of two credit funds, Mason Capital and Puma, in New York, with a focus on high yield and special situations credit investments.
Karan brings to DTM Global an extensive credit and investment experience across global markets, an excellent ability to interpret market trends and has a detailed understanding of financial products for banks and lenders. He has unique combination of experience as an investment professional with a deep understanding of credit and an entrepreneur in the lending space to understand operational issues and challenges, which will be a great advantage in growing a loan book, building partnerships and mitigating risk.
Karan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), has an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
Willem is group CEO and co-founder of GIG Technology. He has over 20 years of experience in executive roles at various leading global ICT firms. Over his 20+ years career in the industry, he has held key positions in commercial management as well as corporate marketing, including Alcatel-Lucent, where he was President EMEA; Riverbed where he was SVP EMEA; Tieto where he was EVP Global Accounts and Customer Market Operations; and EMC where he served as SVP Global Channels. Willem has a track record in growing sales through developing new business models, expanding distribution and executing global go-to-market strategies.
Dr. Danapal is a Harley Street, London based prominent healthcare professional. He graduated from University of Madras, where he finished his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of surgery, in the year 1973. He did his higher studies at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the U.K., and served as an Assistant Gynaecologist to Sir George Douglas Pinker- an internationally renowned Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, best known for modernising the delivery of Royal babies.
In 2010 Dr Dan earned his Fellowship at the Institute of Medical Science. His clinical interests include general surgery, trauma, critical care, emergency and general surgery, sepsis, resuscitation, and shock. His research interests include Type 2 Diabetes, continuous glucose monitoring, long-term outcomes in trauma and emergency surgery and critical care, and optimising care in emergency surgery.
Apart from being a healthcare specialist, Dr Danapal has formidable entrepreneurial skills. He is a serial entrepreneur, and also the founder of Harley Street Healthcare group. Dr Dan has also been a promoter and shareholder of London AIM’s listed education company. At DTM Global Holdings, Dr Danapal is leading the HealthTech & MedTech initiatives of the group, while serving as a director and member of the board.
